Terms of Service
These terms cover your use of Plinked — the app, the website, and the beta. By using Plinked, you agree to them. We've kept the language as plain as we can.

Agreement
By creating an account or using Plinked, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use Plinked.
Who can use Plinked
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use Plinked. Plinked is currently in invite-only beta distributed through Apple TestFlight, and access may be limited, gated, or changed at any time. You agree to comply with Apple's TestFlight and App Store terms as well.
Your account
You're responsible for your account and for keeping access to it secure. Choose a handle that isn't misleading or infringing. Don't impersonate others, and don't share your account in a way that lets someone else act as you. Let us know promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
Your content
You own the photos you submit. We don't claim ownership of your content. To run the game, you grant Plinked a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, process, and display your content solely to operate the service — for example, to seal a photo, reveal it to the friends in your game, and show reactions. We don't use your content to advertise, and we don't license it to third parties.
You're responsible for the content you submit. Only submit photos you have the right to share, and don't submit anything that violates someone's rights or the rules below.
Acceptable use
Plinked is for small groups of friends. Don't use it to:
- Post content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, threatening, or non-consensual.
- Share sexual content involving minors, or any content that exploits or endangers anyone.
- Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights.
- Harass, bully, or abuse other players, in photos or reactions.
- Attempt to break, overload, reverse-engineer, or misuse the service or its security.
- Use Plinked for spam, scams, or any unlawful purpose.
We may remove content or take action on accounts that violate these rules.
Beta software
Plinked is pre-release beta software. It may be incomplete, change frequently, contain bugs, and occasionally be unavailable or lose data. Features can be added, changed, or removed without notice. We appreciate bug reports and feedback — see Support.
Suspension & termination
You can stop using Plinked and delete your account at any time (see Delete your data). We may suspend or end access if you violate these terms, if needed to protect users or the service, or if we discontinue the beta. We may also discontinue Plinked or any feature at any time during the beta.
Disclaimers
Plinked is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We don't warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, especially during beta.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Plinked and its team won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes
We may update these terms as Plinked evolves. We'll change the date above and, for material changes, give notice in the app. Continuing to use Plinked after changes means you accept them.
